  • Pay all fees in accordance with agreed terms

Delays in providing materials, feedback, or approvals may impact timelines and may result in additional costs.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

Fees, payment schedules, and milestones are outlined in the agreed proposal or invoice.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified

  • Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise noted

SOVIRA™ reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

5. Revisions and Approvals

Project scopes typically include a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.

Clients are responsible for timely review and approval of deliverables. Delays in feedback may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by SOVIRA™ remains the property of SOVIRA™ until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, clients are granted usage rights to the agreed deliverables as outlined in the project scope. Unless otherwise specified:

  • Rights are non-exclusive and non-transferable

  • SOVIRA™ retains the right to showcase work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes

Any third-party assets (including stock imagery, fonts, music, or templates) are subject to their respective licences.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all confidential information shared during the course of a project as strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

Confidential information includes (but is not limited to) business details, creative concepts, financial information, and project materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOVIRA™ is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses resulting from delays, third-party actions, or client-supplied information

SOVIRA™’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately payable

  • Work completed up to the termination date will be provided once payment is received.
